The Jubilant, Juicy, Julie Cassar!

I quickly delved into the world of Indie authors and discovered that not only are their books as just as good (if not better than) published books, they are a LOT more affordable, but I think perhaps the best thing about them is their personality. Indie authors LOVE to chat with their readers and hear what their readers and followers have to say.

Julie Cassar is a perfect example of an Indie author with a wonderful personality. I first discovered her shortly after Rose and her books include :

Ruby Blue
Deja Blue
Sky Blue

All 3 of these books follow a teenager named Ruby Blue who not only has the capability to see fairies, she even has some fairy friends. All three books are extremely well written and the characters are fully developed. You can read the books and feel as if you are part of the story.


I recently attended an online release party for "Sky Blue" and Julie was so generous that she donated prizes to her readers. After chatting with her on many occasions, I have come to view her as an upbeat, positive and all around beautiful person.
